COOKIES

The websites partially use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our offering more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and that your browser saves.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognise your browser on your next visit.

You can configure your browser to be informed about the setting of cookies and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or generally, as well as to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact information you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. A simple informal message by email to us is sufficient for this. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage ceases to apply (e.g. after your inquiry has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

JOB FORM FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS

If you apply to us via our web form, we collect personal data. This includes in particular your contact details (such as first name, last name, (mobile) phone number, email address, brief overview) as well as further data you provide regarding your career (e.g. CV, qualifications and degrees, work experience) and your person (e.g. cover letter, personal interests). Your personal data is usually collected directly from you as part of the application process and is encrypted during electronic transmission. The data comes from the online application form and from the uploaded files.

The data processing serves to initiate an employment relationship. The primary legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 b GDPR in conjunction with § 26 para. 1 BDSG. In addition, consents according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, 7 GDPR in conjunction with § 26 para. 2 BDSG can be used as data protection legal permission provisions. If the processing of your data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Within our company, only the persons and departments (e.g. human resources) that absolutely need access to your personal data for the purpose of conducting the application process or fulfilling our legal obligations have access to it. Your applications will be forwarded to the respective responsible parties for review if necessary. In no case will your personal data be unlawfully passed on to third parties.

Your data for an application for a specific job advertisement will be stored and processed by us during the ongoing application process. After the completion of the application process (e.g. in the form of an acceptance or rejection), the application process including all personal data will be deleted from the system six months after the completion of the application process. In the case of an acceptance, we reserve the right to retain your application for a longer period, provided that the start date is more than six months in the future.

The processing of the data entered during registration is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time. A simple informal notification by email to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing that has already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

Legal basis

The storage of comments is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

PROCESSING OF DATA (CUSTOMER AND CONTRACT DATA)

We collect, process, and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content design, or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data to fulfil a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process, and use personal data regarding the use of our websites (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill.

The collected customer data will be deleted after the completion of the order or the termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This allows Google to learn that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offerings. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.

Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
