Corporate Culture
bloopark systems brings together Odoo specialists from all over the world. We come from Germany, Egypt, Ukraine, Tunisia, Nepal, India, Pakistan, Iran, and Cuba. That’s why we speak many languages, cook differently, and are more open-minded than other ERP agencies.
Working Together
We work together on various Odoo projects under one roof in Magdeburg. This makes us more flexible and agile than other agencies - because solutions are found more easily together and projects are simply carried out more efficiently.
Shared Meals & Leisure
And even when it comes to meals and leisure activities, we walk the same path. We cook together, have delicious dishes delivered, play table tennis during breaks, go football playing once a week, and organise great team events like bowling, restaurant visits, etc.
Great Working Conditions
Every employee receives the equipment they need to work efficiently. We usually work with Apple - but are flexible if PMs, Odoo developers, etc. prefer other monitors, laptops or even gaming chairs...
..this also applies to the workplace: everyone can sit where they want, and there is a coffee flat rate (clearly), two kitchens, a large terrace, a garden - and a beautiful park opposite.
