Documents - DMS
With Odoo DMS (Documents), you become a paperless company! Point of Sale

All information is passed directly to production in the form of worksheets etc. and is immediately used in productive operations.
Purchasing
With the Odoo Purchasing app, you have full control over your inventory. Important guarantees for this are the granularly adjustable minimum stock levels, automatically generated requests for quotes for your suppliers, or the forecasted stock levels attached to each product, which clearly show when shortages will occur. Additional features include the (automatic) export of price lists, creating tenders and framework agreements etc.
Maintenance
An efficient manufacturing process has a very good maintenance team in the background and ideally a tool that supports them in their daily work. Attendance
The Attendance app is a small but fine tool for managing employee attendance. It is like an old punch clock (in earlier companies), but with the modern ability to log in and out from home office as well. This not only helps management within administration but especially the employees, to always have full control over their own hours. Meaningful reports round it all off and seamlessly show the smallest details! Our extension Odoo Attendance Plus+ makes the app compliant with German law.
Absence
Even today, many companies work with Excel spreadsheets to manage their employees' working hours and holidays. This really doesn't have to be the case anymore and is quite easy to solve! Odoo is the perfect software for managing the company; and holiday planning significantly affects ongoing business: such as shift planning in manufacturing companies or project planning in construction companies. It is also groundbreaking that employees can submit holiday requests directly in Odoo, thus relieving those in charge. Fleet
The management of the fleet does not have to be done in Excel! The app is the centre of every order: Here, individual tasks are created, processed, and exact times are tracked (Odoo App Time Tracking). Based on this, project-related invoices are generated, which are very easy for customers to understand.
Customer Service
With the Odoo App Helpdesk ( Customer Service ), your customer service becomes the showcase of the company! Fully integrated into Odoo ERP, it is the hub for lived customer service! All service requests come in automatically via form & email or are manually entered by employees (Live Chat, Phone, etc.). Everything is centrally recorded and automatically documented. Requests can be processed, assigned, and completed efficiently while on the go.
Time Tracking
An important topic for companies is the tracking of hours worked. Odoo addresses this with the Time Tracking app, which works fully integrated with the Projects and Manufacturing apps. However, the app can do much more: It shows the team's progress, forecasts the need for personnel, and very importantly: it is the basis for billing billable time!
Knowledge Base
The new Knowledge Base app is the opportunity to integrate information centrally in Odoo. The advantage is obvious: specific solutions like Google Drive, Jira Wiki, etc. are eliminated, which streamlines the software portfolio and further improves collaboration in a single software (which is used daily anyway). You can access the Knowledge Base through any app, work on an article simultaneously, or create your own dashboard that shows all company areas.
