Receipt of your application
Our People and Culture Manager reads your application and forwards it to the team.

First meeting
The team finds your application exciting and we get to know each other in an initial call.

Test Case
You will receive a test case (a small task) from us that you need to solve and present to us in a subsequent call. We will also use this to get to know each other better.

Decision
After the presentation of the test case, we will inform you promptly whether we can envision working with you.

If you have heard of the ERP system Odoo or even used it, that is of course an advantage. Our motto is: hire for attitude not for skill.
It is important to us that you fit in with your personality and attitude. You can learn Odoo and other skills, we are sure of that.
Our employees originally come from all parts of the world, and while almost all now live in Magdeburg, our company language is still English internally. Therefore, it would be good if you feel confident speaking English. If you are a bit "rusty", that is not a problem. Experience shows that the rust comes off after a few weeks. 😊
